Yoga Nidra 

Welcome to the nourishing world of Yoga Nidra! 

Yoga Nidra is a guided-meditation done lying down, whereby we are invited into the dreamlike and intuitive space between wakefulness and sleep.  Yoga Nidra helps our system receive what it needs in this moment - whether that be deep rest, clarity, creative inspiration, etc... 

Yoga Nidra is best practiced whenever you feel that you need it - my personal favourite is in the middle of the day when I need an eneregtic recharge.

Setting up for Yoga Nidra: Lie down on a cushioned floor, or in bed. Somewhere where you can lie mostly flat, be comfortable, and undisturbed. Adding a cushion or rolled blanket under the knees is helpful, and a blanket to keep warm. Do not practice while driving or operating heavy machinery.
